ABOUT

We want to lift the load on clinical teams by fixing the system behind the work, not by asking people to try harder.

A message from the representative members

Thank you for visiting the website of Japan Medical System Development Organization, LLC. In September 2026 we filed for registration as a company that builds systems for hospitals, clinics and healthcare companies, supports healthcare digital transformation, analyzes and provides medical, health and long-term care information, and runs training. We have only just started, but what we are aiming at is clear.

In healthcare, a great deal of time and effort goes into work that is not medicine, nursing or care. Copying records from one place to another, filling in forms, chasing people for answers: each task is small, but together they weigh on the people doing the job. Our starting point as a company is to take that weight off them by changing the system, not by asking for more effort.

A system is not finished when it is built. It is in use every day from the day it goes live, and the way people use it changes as conditions on the ward change. We keep planning, development, maintenance and operation in one team, and we work on the assumption that a system has to keep being adjusted to stay useful.

We also do not arrive with something large already designed. We look closely at how the work is done today, agree on a scope, start small, and widen it once we can see that it holds. And because we handle medical and health information, holding no more than the work requires, and handling it carefully, are conditions we keep to at all times.

Changing healthcare from the system up: with that in mind, we work through each problem alongside the people doing the job, and build with them something that can be sustained. We look forward to your guidance and support.
